Here's cute "thigh-thigh" (which is what AJ has nicknamed Matthias). Whenever he gets a bath he ends up with a mohawk.

Kylie and Leighton....Kylie still loves to hold her baby sister all the time. Matthias has gotten a bit too heavy for her to hold for too long.

Naps in the house have been a little tricky...with AJ, Matthias and Leighton all napping at the same time. We've been able to get a little creative with where they end up.

okay, so it's a bit of a silly picture, but there has been something therapeutic about blogging about my family and the babies. so, being able to upload pictures of our life here in wauchula and tell you (whoever is interested) about it is fun for me. i love feedback, so feel free to comment!

my caring friends....

here we are before anna, the twins and i drove jenner up to the airport. it was sad to say bye to jenn, but i'm so glad that i don't have to say bye to anna for another 2 1/2 to 3 months! what a blessing to have college friends who love my kids!

siesta key beach!

i was told that siesta key beach was a great beach to visit. we ended up going there last friday when the workers were putting the cabinets into our kitchen with the weaver's. here are the big kids with isaac. the babies spent time in their pack-n-play that day. our kids had a blast!

sleeping babies!

amazingly our babies are still sharing a bed...as you can see from this picture they roll and squirm a lot but they don't bother each other. one can be screaming and the other won't wake at all! matthias slept his first full night of sleep the night that we arrived here! (i fed him around 9 when we arrived at the airport and he slept until 6 the next morning!)

our living room!

the kids have been begging to play hide and seek amongst the boxes in our living room. hopefully we'll have a countertop and sink in our kitchen this week so that we can fully unpack it. the final thing will be getting the den carpeted! i can see a light at the end of the tunnel! :)

What a plane ride!!

Jenn was an incredible help to me in our crazy flight from dulles to tampa. Security was very frustrating....taking shoes off kids, sleeping babies out of carseats, putting backpacks and diaper bags, etc. in about 8-10 buckets to push through the x-ray machine....whew, I am glad that we made it!

AJ is very fond of Matthias...she keeps telling us that Matthias is her baby. We ask her about Leighton and she just responds with 'Matthias is my baby!'. They (AJ and Matthias) are able to fit in each other's diaper size. He is very social and loves attention. (Leighton loves attention, too, but Matthias demands it!)

The twins turned three months yesterday! Matthias is in 6-9 month clothes at this point...he is definitely a chunk. :)

The five kids and I are in NoVA at my parents house right now...today was my dad's birthday - he and my mom have been getting time with the babies and kids before we leave for Florida on Monday. Tom is down there now, trying to get things ready for us to join him soon. This picture is of Leighton and my dad.

She is definitely the most laid back of the two babies. She fell asleep in the middle of the floor today when no one was looking.
