We're packing!

I don't think the kids really want to be boxed up, but they humored me for this picture. The movers come one week from today...so it's definitely down to the end. It's pretty hard to get anything done with the babies around, but we've had some friends from church take them here and there for several hours at a time to let us pack...that has been so helpful. Our house in Florida is being worked on...it will be fun to get there! We are having the kitchen redone so Home Depot was our hang out several times last week.

Going to the tea room

I should be packing right now....but it's fun sharing my life with people who are interested! Anyhow, Kylie and I went with her friend Allison and her mother, Rachel, to Mrs. Hardesty's Tea Room yesterday afternoon. It was fun to get out and let the girls be girly...Kylie had a fudge chocolate brownie and hot chocolate (after getting chocolate ice cream for a prize at Kline's with her class earlier in the afternoon)...needless to say I told her to not ask for dessert last night. :)

This picture is a couple weeks old, but it gives a little idea of what they look like now. They had their two month appointment last week... Matthias is 13 pounds and Leighton is 9 lbs 14 ozs. This past week was insane....everyone but me and the twins got a fever/stomach bug. We're starting to pack now!! 3 weeks until the movers come.

JMU girls reunion

There are eight of us who graduated from JMU in 1996 who try to get together once a year to spend some time....hanging out, visiting, sharing and praying with one another. Only six of us made it this year (we missed you Anners and Heather!). We spent the weekend at Cricket Cottage (Thanks Marsh fam!)....it was a blessing for me to have many helpful arms to hold the twins...and to have some much needed and enjoyed conversation and fellowship. Tom had the three older children for the weekend, which he likened to a vacation. :)
